StudentAidTracker is a general educational and organizational website. It helps you plan and keep track of financial-aid tasks, deadlines, documents, and preparation steps. It is not the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA®), Federal Student Aid, the U.S. Department of Education, a college or university, a lender, an attorney, or a financial advisor, and it is not an official service.

StudentAidTracker is an independent organizer. It is not operated by, endorsed by, or affiliated with the U.S. Department of Education, Federal Student Aid, colleges, scholarship sponsors, lenders, or any linked organization.

General information only

The content on this site is general educational and organizational information. It is not personalized advice, and it is not a substitute for the official sources, the terms of any program, or professional advice. StudentAidTracker does not provide legal, tax, admissions, eligibility, or personalized financial advice. We are not your lawyer, tax advisor, financial advisor, or admissions counselor. Decisions about your FAFSA, aid, scholarships, or admissions should be based on official sources and, where appropriate, professional advice.

Verify with official sources

Official information, especially deadlines and requirements, comes from the organizations that set it:

  • FAFSA and federal aid: Federal Student Aid at StudentAid.gov (opens in a new tab).
  • State aid and state deadlines: your state's aid agency.
  • College requirements and deadlines: the college's official admissions or financial-aid office.
  • Scholarships: the scholarship sponsor's own website.
  • Scams and consumer protection: the Federal Trade Commission at consumer.ftc.gov (opens in a new tab).

No guarantees

StudentAidTracker does not guarantee and cannot guarantee eligibility, financial aid, grants, scholarships, admission, or any particular outcome. Eligibility and awards are decided by the agencies, schools, and sponsors that own those programs, under their own rules. No content on this site is a promise of aid.

Deadlines and source trust

When the site publishes deadlines, each one carries the information you need to judge it:

  • Deadline: the date, or timing text such as "rolling"
  • Academic year: for example, 2027–28
  • Type: for example, FAFSA, college, or scholarship
  • State or institution it applies to
  • Source: the publisher that set the deadline
  • Source URL: the official page
  • Last verified: when we last checked it against the source

The organizations that set deadlines are the authorities. StudentAidTracker is never the authoritative source for a deadline. Anything missing, stale, or unconfirmed is labeled UNVERIFIED. Confirm with the official source, and we never present it as fact. Found something outdated or wrong? Please tell us. We verify and correct it.

External links are not endorsements

The site links to external websites for your convenience. Those links do not mean StudentAidTracker endorses, is affiliated with, or is responsible for those organizations, their content, or their practices. Once you leave our site, their own terms and privacy policies apply.

No personalized advice

The site does not provide personalized financial, legal, tax, or investment advice, and it does not perform aid or eligibility calculations. If you need advice about your own situation, consult a qualified professional.
